Fortis has a variety of extra-curricular activities and events available to students. Our athletic program includes Cross Country, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball and Cheerleading teams. We offer co-curricular activities such as 5th grade String Orchestra, Art Club, a Spelling Bee, Math Club, Science Club, International Day, the Art Fair and the Science Fair. The Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts are also active partners.
There are numerous enjoyable experiences that provide extensions for learning outside of the classroom, including field trips, 5th grade camp, 7th and 8th grade overnight trips, and a school-wide field day. Fortis students also participate in events which cultivate and promote a sense of community such as movie nights, school dances, family fun nights and the annual school carnival.
